The Black Path (25/10/2020)
Minolta X-300, Minolta 45mm lens
AGFA AGFACOLOR Optima ISO 125

Caught in palisade fencing, by the railway line.
Caught in the moment.
Stuck for what seems like forever.
One of my favourite places along the Black Path is the tunnel which carries the railway line from the Lackenby grids to the mainline.
It retains most of it’s delightful tiles, graffiti adorned, I couldn’t be happier with this image taken in October 2020.

Whilst lining up an image a yellow Network Rail inspection train rolled past, I took a photo hoping to capture it as a blur – didn’t expect the logo to be lined up like this though!

Again taken on the expired AGFA Optima 125 ISO film, this one was a bit of fun with a “special effect filter” attached to the lens…
Under the bridge, which takes the railway line from the “Lackenby Grids” (steelworks sorting sidings) to the mainline which also runs under it, the tiles on the walls are not the only features…

These gaps in the railway side wall of the bridge covered in a rusted, filth encrusted grate leak a little light onto the pathway…
